WHY A LISTING HAS NOT APPEARED
This could be for any of the following;

1)The confirmation/activation email containing your password which we sent you did not arrive in your 'In box'. so you did not activate the listing.So where was the email? Check your spam box! If its not in there
there is nothing we can do about this. Remedy....Change your spam settings to allow an email from ............. Then email me via the 'contact' button at the bottom of any page politely asking
for the listing to be removed. After this is done you can try again.
2)You sent the same listing more than once. We only allow one insertion. Remedy: only send it once!. Do not click the 'send button' on the form twice. Be patient whilst it uploads. This can take several seconds when the site
or your connection is busy.
3) The content of the listing breached our guidelines
4) Listing can take up to 48 hrs to appear so has not been moderated yet....please be patient.

P.S. If you did not 'activate your listing' for any reason it may still appear several days later but you will not be able to make changes to it without your password.

SPECIFIC TO WANTED LISTINGS

5) Only one 'wanted' listing is allowed on the system at any one time. If you already have such a listing any further listings will be rejected whilst filling in the form.
6) Your 'wanted' listing was not for a specific item. e.g. if you want a 3.5" Titch locomotive just state that. If you expand the scope of what you are looking for you listing will not appear.
If you wish to place a 'trade' wanted listing please get in touch so we can discuss this.

There is only one reason why your password may be rejected....it is incorrect!.
When entering your password only enter the one that was given to you for that actual listing and which is contained in the email we sent to you. If you have more than one listing make sure you enter the password for the relevant listing.
If you cannot find this email use the 'lost password' box to retrieve it. To get to this box go to the 'Add/Change a listing' button at the top of any page and fill in the bottom of the three boxes. (make sure you only enter the email address that is shown on the listing)
If it does not arrive in your 'in box' then check your spam box.

7) Changing your listing. You can change contact details, price and also mark your listing 'SOLD' via the 'Add/Change a listing' box at the top of any page. You cannot change the actual description. You need your password to do this.

8) replies to emails. We endeavour to reply to all emails. Sadly a lot of emails lack basic manners , often being demanding, downright rude and sometimes even bullying. YOU GUESSED IT!.. WE ARE UNABLE TO REPLY TO THESE!
Normally we are able to reply to emails within 2 or 3 days.
