Item number : 000001929 This locomotive is not a martin evans design. This engine started its life in the last years of the nineteenth century .. It was finaly completed in 1948. The cylinders and valve gear are as the prototypewith the valves between the cylinders.. In the 1980s a new silver soldered copper boiler was fitted and has a current hydraulic cert but no steam cert exp sept . The tender is the 6 wheeled type. There is a motion driven pump,hand pump and a steam injector. A realy handsome locomotive.. Price £5500.00
