Description: For sale is a stuart turner 10v single cylinder engine and a copper silver soldered boiler.
A well-engineered example of three quarter inch stroke and bore engine which comes complete with a simple displacement type lubricator. The engine has been combined with a copper silver soldered vertical boiler designed for gas firing.
It has 14 three eighths inch fire tubes and a full range of fittings which include water gauge, pressure gauge, globe valve and safety valve pre-set to 60 psi and a boiler feed clack.
The boiler is 3 inch diameter by 6 inch tall with a further 4 inch for the chimney. The boiler has been pressure tested hydraulically to 120psi. The end result is a powerful, attractive and smooth steam plant..
Collection from march in cambridgeshire or can be posted at buyers cost.
