Title: Holmside based locomotive.

Description: 7 1/4inch 0-6-0 t. The locomotive is based on the martin evans holmside design but this example has side rather than a saddle tank. The engine is substantial complete but is currently dismantled..

It has a john ellis copper boiler complete with the appropriate paper work re hydraulic testing but as the engine has not been used for several years. There are 2 stainless steel spear point radiant super heaters.

The locomotive was dismantled to carryout improvements to the steam circuit, pistons valves and cross heads and this work needs completing.

Sale includes building stand and drawings..
