Fabulous Victorian Live Steam Launch

A really fine example model of a Victorian steam launch. She is based on a launch called 'Waterlilly' of 1880. The model itself is mahogany plank on frame and is 5ft.long. It is fitted with a stuart turner twin marine engine which has Stephensons reverse gear and 4 cylinder drain cocks. The boiler is a Stuart 4000 and is fitted with pressure guage,sight glass, pressure relief valve and globe type steam outlet valve. Original Stuart boiler test cert is with it. Built in the late 80's it is a very nice steam launch. The engine and boiler alone are worth the asking price so a verty good buy.Selling on behalf of a friend. Stuart Turner 7a

This is a very nice example of the stuart 7a ,it has reverse gear,cast iron piston rings,drain cocks,oil cups machined in to the bearing caps,condensate trap on the exaust, on the inlet is a blanking plug when removed it is tapped � x 32tpi for a displacement lubricator. it runs very well on air and steam.for more information or to see video clip of it running on steam you can email me ,thanks for looking.

Stationary Steam Plant On Trolley

I'm selling my steam plant, see photos at http://www.flickr.com/photos/corrianderman/sets/72157622589061464/ it's 1 m long by about 1.1 m high at the chimney, which is removable for transit. the boiler came with ultra sound & hydraulic test paperwork when i bought it about 8 years ago, & it has not been steamed since. the engine was built about 25 years ago by a retired agricultural engineer. it's a good, solid workhorse. all mounted on a wooden trolley with iron wheels (could do with some new solid tyres) could easily convert into a self propelling vehicle, if the new owner so desired. time for someone else to have a play with it. i'm asking �995 for it. thanks for looking, rob.

Complete Railway For Sale

Selling on behalf of a friend. approx 400ft of track including 5 sets of points. 3 maxitrak bogie wagons ( one fitted with handbrake and a stainless steel water tank )1 glyn valley tramway ride on coach with handbrake. loco is a "jack" the original is the 18" gauge loco presently in the leeds museum. maxitrak make a jack based on this one ( they borrowed it to take measurements. however this loco is alot more sturdily built, also included isan hydraulic platform on 4 pneumatic castors used for loading and for working at easier heights. genuine reason for sale as the owner wants to replace his layout with a 7 1/4" gauge setup can be seen runnning. all of the mentioned is currently in devon.
